Prescription Medication Refills

Please call us at 313-886-0300 with the following information:
- The first and last name of the owner on the account
- The pets name
- Brand name of medication (i.e., Rimadyl, Not “Pain med”)
- Strength of medication (i.e., 100mg)
- Directions for use (i.e., one pill twice a day)
- Quantity of pills requested (i.e., 60 tablets)

Example: John Smith requesting a refill for Fluffy. Rimadyl 100mg, we are giving one pill twice a day and would like a bottle of 60 tablets.

Prescription Diet Refills

Please call us at 313-886-0300 with the following information:
- The first and last name of the owner on the account
- The pets name
- What diet your pet is on (i.e., Hill’s feline CD)
- What version of the food you’d like (i.e., canned/dry/both)
- What size/quantity you’d like (i.e., 17.6lb dry & 12 cans)
- If your pet's diet comes in multiple flavors/textures, please give your preference. If we do not have that specific diet in stock a team member will call you.

Example: John Smith requesting a refill for Fluffy. Hill’s Feline CD 17.6lb bag and 12 cans of the Chicken stew.
